Other Best superjet motor mounts?

Going to try out the Rhaas. The tops just fell off my OEM ones. yeah, they were 9 years old but they havent seen all that much abuse. I like that the rhaas mounts are more than just a flat piece of metal glued to a piece of rubber. Optimistic they wont just fall apart after a while.

Resurrecting an old thread for new advice. Anyone have recent recommendations for Motor mounts? In the middle of my rebuild and the 4 OEMs i have on mine look like they are original from 91...I expect I will be breaking them this summer since I'm putting in a 701/pipe/msd/intake/trim/hooker/shorten hull/shorten pole/forward pole/foot holds........

I'd just go with Yami couch mounts. I have pretty much the same set up as you except I'm running a 781BB. The couch mounts have taken a licking and kept on ticking.

I'd also recommend couch mounts. Much stouter and no issues yet since I switched to them

You answered your own question. "Look like they are original from 91"............... OEM SJ Mounts is all you need.

Yea, they are in pretty bad shape but they look like survivors...I expect I'll break at least one this summer given all the upgrades so I'll just replace the whole set when it happens.

Yes get them. I was surprised by how much my bed plates hit the keepers. Even from just nose stabs off boat wakes. Worth the money

If you wait for them to fail you may end up adding the cost of a set of couplers and the rubber drive buffer to the bill. Have seen what happens if they all fail at once from a big hit and your engine is still going 6000 rpm.

Which couch mounts are people running? There appear to be a variety of different part numbers used on older Wave Raiders, GP's, Blasters, etc.

I am running Waveraider 701 couch mounts and running a set of Rhaas mounts on my surf ski.
