My g/f has fairly small hands and is having problems with the current finger throttle I have on her ski. what is a really good throttle suitable for smaller hands?

I have a Sharkfab on there now, pic 1. The other 2 pics is the one off my old SN that I thought I was awesome and would love another but have no idea what it was.

The umi throttle on my 550 seems way easier to grab then the stock one on my fx1, i cant compare to the sharkfab though.

Im not sure if its the same as the fx1 stocker but i hate it. Its like you have to reach over really far to grab it, then again once you have it in your control its not bad.

Smaller grips would place the finger further from the lever but I do agree that they would offer better grip.

I'll check out the PJS but I thought that they weren't made anymore?

No smaller grips have a smaller diameter and therefore put your finger closer to the lever. The lever position is independent of the grip size.

I typically wear medium size gloves and the rogues give me hand cramps from the reach. When I switched to the ruffian grip, I still got cramps but it took a lot longer to happen.

I have small hands and I prefer TBM or the UMI throttles. Ruffians or x-tremes are favorite grips. Rouges are real uncomfortable to me.

Best investment was a pair of gloves, reduces arm pump.

We rode with a good sized group this weekend and she got to check out quite a few different throttles. The best we found were sato engineering, the new ones aren't bad but the old style was even better, (if they could still be found). Second best was the angled UMI.

I am going to order the narrower grips for her as well, and look for a ported 760 for her ski so maybe I can get her off mine.

my wife had me replace the ruffians on her conversion ski with rogues.

i prefer the rogue, as well, so this was an easy chore.
