Best throttle for small hands?

UMI angled, definitely. They have a smoother edge instead of the rather sharp edges that KVPI has and the lever is just a bit longer (easier to reach). The angled makes a big difference for me, less blisters on the finger.

i find the angled UMI levers about as comfortable as a thumb throttle. youre pushing the lever 'under' the grip instead of toward the grip.

Maybe you needed the lever at a slightly different angle. I find that the lever stays right in the groove of my first finger joint rather than sliding inward against my finger and rolling my glove up and causing the blisters like others did.

I got one of those Sharkfab throttles too and I hate it now. I gave it a good try for like two weeks, but I just can't get back on it coming out of stabs and stuff.

So I still don't know what to get instead. I don't consider my hands to be small cause I wear a size large glove, but I need the throttle to be easier to reach.

Is the regular UMI straight pull lever any good? I don't know if I will be able to deal with that angled stuff.

I liked my stock Superjet throttle better than the Sharkfab one that's on there now.

The reason i wanna know if the straight UMI one is good is cause my local dealer can get that one and I have store credit available with them.

The Adjustable TBM seems like a good move, it may be a bit pricey but it can be adjusted so you can try different setups without buying new throttles all the time.

I drilled and tapped in a stainless bolt to adjust the perch of the lever today. Its way better now and actually helped absorb some of the extra length from the Kawi cable.
