Best way to restrict dual cooling and keep the engine hot in the fall/winter?

i have 2 cooling lines on my ski and run one to the pipe and one to the engine.. that way the engine doesnt get too much water flow.. the exhaust mani and head both have 2 outlets which are tee'd to one.. the line coming from the pump goes to a tee that goes to both inlets on the manifold.. the 2 outlets on the head are teed to one pisser.. doesnt really flow anymore water just balances out both cylinders.. that way i can tune the pipe temps separately..

i use the 1/4" nipples for water injection/fuel line instead of the 3/8 for waterline. put them on the head exits. put a short piece of fuel line on first, then the water line and clamp.

Your replacing the brass nipples on the head with the smaller 1/4 right?

I think I am going to do that - that is no where near the restriction of a 3 mm seat though - right?
