I seriously doubt that his estate had any positive net worth in which to pay people back. Also, why would you even bother? Like someone on here is going to sue the widow of a dead scumbag to get a few bucks back for a part? If he's gone, then all criminal liability is gone too. No reason to settle debt. It's not like either of you are very moral and upstanding people. Call me a cynical bastard, but no one is going to accept a photochopped obit of someone else. You're going to have to get it to show up on the newspaper's website before this has an ounce of credibility.
