Super Jet Big bore

Ya 38's are small lol I have 44's on my stock 701. Type 4 dry pipe, ada head and msd enhancer. 44's are over kill for my motor but 38's are Ismall for a 90mm! And I will not run 62t cylinders. 61x on 62t cases is all i will run. Or 64x cylinders. Those are good if ya wanna go bigger than the maximum big bore you can do with 61x

Casting of 64X/62T cylinder are the same, its why we cant use 61X cylinder for BB850 because they have a thinner wall casting.

Minor correction of above. 62t and 64x castings do have a difference. Dimensionally all the machines surfaces are identical. You can even put 64x sleeves right into 62t casting with no boring. However the 760 64x casting (still marked as 62t) have 2 extra gussets on the outside to strengthen the intake side where they are know to crack.

I also build a 850 62t motor and use the ada superbore heads. With the full girdle head there is no reason to choose the 64x (with gussets) over the 62t. However if someone did wanna run with out a girdled head (no idea why) i would def suggest they use the 64x casting.

I looked into groupk's 845cc mod using 62t or 64x cylinders. They said that you have to use an oem head... Oring heads wont work. But any big bore motors I've ever seen no one ever runs stock heads lol... So what are they talking about? Anyway... I have 61x cylinders, just wondering how big I can go with those cylinders if I bored them, over-size sleeved them and bored the sleeves to the max. I have an ADA girdled head

The Jetworks 828cc Super Bore is the biggest stock stroke engine modification available for the 61x cylinder. This is the step above the more traditional 771cc Big Bores, taking the first bore to 88 mm. If you are looking for more of what a 771 is going to give you then this is the modification your looking for. The port timings on the 61x cylinder is more favorable for freestyle/freeride application. No need to upgrade to a 62t or 64x cylinder that will not match your current exhaust set up. Our porting specs give you a very wide and predictable power-band that pulls extremely low but continues to climb well after the mid range. The power-band is not a “light switch” but rather very linear with instant acceleration whenever you want it. There is no waiting for the power-band to hit. 828cc’s, OEM Cylinder, and stock stroke crankshaft, what more do you want?

We recommend that you minimally use our OEM 38mm T.T. Modified Carbs, and for a more aggressive hit use a set of Blackjack 44 or 46 Carburetors.

*Stroker Packages Available in:
+4mm @ 876cc
+6mm @ 901cc
+8mm @ 924cc

The 828cc Big Bore modification includes:

Removal of OEM Sleeves
Custom Sleeves & Installation
Custom Wiseco Pistons
Cylinder Porting & Honing
Cylinder Boring & Counter Bore
Cylinder Decking
Chamfer Of All Ports
Base Gasket & Wrist Pin Bearings
Replacement pistons available in:

88.0mm @ 828cc
88.5mm @ 837cc
89.0mm @ 846cc
Requires use of our girdled Super-Bore cylinder head and domes.
Requires crankcase boring

(Optional crankcase porting offers increased acceleration)

Art had those sleeves made so he could stay in the 61x cylinder thats why max bore is only 89. Im not using the blowsion sleeves in my 62t 840 but mine are pretty close in dimensions and are very beefy and allow up to 91mm pistons.

I will be having art modify my 61x cylinders. I trust ill be happy with his work. I have a lot of bolt on mods and a good pump set up yet still don't have that bottom end power for freestyle. Power band comes on strong at too high of a speed for punching off of waves. Pin it at 1/4 throttle speed and it will give your arms a good jerk but pin it from idle after chopping throttle and coasting and it takes a couple seconds to pull hard. No bueno!
