Bilge outlet ?

this may be a stupid question But.. I wondering where to put my Bilge outlet. All I see is it up by the tray on either side. Why does everyone have it going there ?

The pump is normally mounted in rear, the dash is thick and not an area that needs reinforcement. Outlet usually mounted high above the water, mines like 3/4 hole straight to engine engine bay.

Put it below the waterline. It will help put your Superjet where it belongs.

On my superjet it was mounted on left side of hull, high and back just ahead of the tray.. from inside just in front of bulk head, worked good

You're going to want to mount it somewhere on the hood, the higher the better so your ski doesn't sink.
