Surfriding Bilge outlets mounted on top of gunwhales ?

Wondering if they mount flush because the area is concave a bit on the gunwhales near the hood ? need opinons thanks...

Yes, there is a body contour but black 5200 seals it up real nice.

I did it once and put an o ring under it... it sealed great.

mine work fine with no silicone or anything


I switched back to one bilge now though so I filled the one outlet with a wine cork.

I included a couple pics for a reference point to drill.

couple pics, i use a bit of sikaflex/5200 whatever does the job
