Billet R&D Lamey Cyinder Piston question

Does anyone know what pistons are meant to be in an old R&D cylinder? Currently has 83mm flat top wiseco pistons but needs a bore. Could run 83.5 or 84mm anything bigger is getting too thin on the walls. What's the correct piston to be using?

I dont wanna sound like a Dbag, but thats a cast cylinder someone polished - not a billet. Its still a nice cylinder :)
I have a buddy with a similiar setup, i think he also ran flat tops.

Just sell me that cylinder lol
They can be re sleeved. I spoke to dasa maybe a year or 2 ago about this and they have sleeves starting at 85mm using their pistons ($$$$)

Like we discussed in PM, that cyl is designed to start @ 80mm and go to 83mm
there is no 83.5 or 84mm FT pistons made. Not sure you would ever be able to find Replacment sleeves
for it anymore without having them custom made. The option would be there to upsize to 85-86mm bore size with the
bigger sleeves that are still avail? That will also come at a price, as the machine work required to fit them.
then to port properly, ect! Plus from what you stated in PM, there is also other issues?
I would suggest getting it in some qualified hands to properly assess the issue and plan a resolution.

kawi flat tops and if i recall you have to cut the one side down to clear if its stroked. I used to have a template and have one used 85.5 if you need it. I also have a box of the PV's, bellows etc.

If i were you i would send the whole motor to Tricky1 and have him build it. He has all the parts and knows this style motor very well.

just my 2 cents!!!!
