I purchased what I was told multiple times was a "Brand new" mod chamber from him. Opened up the box, and there were scratches on the pipe along with rub marks and carbon build up inside the chamber. I contacted him and he told me it only had 1 tank ran through it, so it's still new. Who knows if only 1 tank is true.
I'm sorry, but if something has been even installed on a ski and not even ran, it's not truly brand new. If it's been ran and has signs of wear, it sure as hell isn't brand new.
I've given him multiple opportunities to make things right I told him that I don't want to post in the negative feedback section but if I have to I will. Needless to say, I had to post here.

Tl;DR,
I was in a hurry and paid a premium for a brand new chamber and I received a used chamber and the seller isn't willing to do anything about it. @BIRDMAN , I'd really appreciate a partial refund because this is BS.

I've sent him multiple PMs but he reads them and doesn't respond. Also texted him and didn't get a response.

I never once asked for free parts. I asked for a partial refund. Who cares about your invoice? You installed and ran the chamber and scratched/scuffed it up installing it?? According to the seller, buying a chamber that was used for a "short" period of time with scuffs and scratches on it is the same scenario as buying a new car at a dealership that has 200 miles on it. Sorry man, but a chamber isn't a car. And a used chamber ain't brand new.
