Yeah, I asked a guy if I could take that piece of crap out of there, and he said take it because I'm going to burn it!

I said give me a couple minutes to go find help, and I'll get that out of your hair.

The ski is a JDM spec. I wish I could just clear coat it to keep the awesome McDonalds Paintjob with the Patina.

Check the VIN before you do ANYTHING with it!

Sometimes people will steal a machine, part them out, and dump the hull. Don't get busted for having a stolen ski by mistake.

Thanks, it was definitely parted out, but not stolen. The guy there told me the PO dumped it there after pulling the motor out to put in another ski over 10 years ago. Some guys think the B1 is garbage because its so small and they can't stay on it.

nice find. You probably can hit that think with a marine hull cleaner and it will come up real clean Keep us posted. It would def be fun to clear over it all but i def would love to see how it cleans up after 10 years in a jungle

I used a small electric pressure washer to remove the algae so I could handle it easier, it didn't do much. I found a couple large gashes on the upper hood that were covered with bondo, but other than that its in better shape than mine was when I tore it apart. I did try to remove some paint though. It would be cool if I can get back to Gelcoat if I can't keep the "patina" lol.
The amazing thing is how good the seat is, not even one tear. Also, the engine mounts are still good as well as all the plastics and stainless. It was under a breadfruit tree, so it was sheltered from weather, but buried in tree debris.
