Has anyone modified their 1100 case to use a GP1200 cylinder? Im in the process.
Yeah I used a barrel drum sander on drill to do that. I changed to a in line fuel pump mukuni DF62, I modified the pump adding another output for the 3rd carb and a fuel intake. When I ran it, it was lean. My outter rear seal was put in wrong an blew one out but the inner was still seated. I either have a crank seal leak or fuel pump not pump correctly. I'm getting fuel because I have fuel wash on top of all pistons. Current carb settings 110 pilot 135 main, 95 gram spring and 50lbs pop off. I had carb screws out 2.5 turns and still a little lean. I bought 125 pilot and 145 main to try after I get engine bored. I still think I had case leak. Don't know if I should change jets or keep the 110 and 135. It's a pain in ass taking engine out of B1 to change is the problem. Thanks manIt just needs to be slightly enlarged on the bottom for the thicker sleeves, pretty much the same aqs putting a 760 cylinder on a 701 case.
