blaster 1100 problems

Having issues with my 1100 runs great but after i ride it an shut if off then it wont start an the motors full of water...new head o rings not sure what else to do

sounds like a warped head leaking or cracked water jacket

Checked the head its good new orings but when i took the pipe off it was full of water likes its flowing back in

How is the EXIT of your waterbox plumbed, to the OUTLET on the hull?
If you didn't do a nice "hump" in the bend out, you can be getting water intrusion into motor that way.

Thats what i was thinking i thought i had it up as high as i could get it but maybe not....didnt think the water would go all the way around the pipe but i guess i could

Only a few ways water could fill up the pipe - broken or leaking gaskets, broken or leaking water jacket and backflowing of the water into the waterbox and back into the chamber. These 1100s are awesome, but were a dealing with engines and exhausts that are usually 10-18 years old. Ive seen quite a few chambers that have broken jackets. My suggestions, try the hump in the exhaust outlet first, if that doesn't work, then pull the entire exhaust system and pressure test.
