Started up today and sounds great! All that's left is:
-get blowsion seat cover stitched
-waiting on back ordered throttle adapter
-new hose clamp on the exhaust exit
-finish installing primer

Ran it for the first time today, hit 57 on the gps

My bed hauler, thought I'd post for others to get ideas. Just uses a harbor freight winch and the roller ramp is from west marine online

Yes a 16/23. Cut just past the middle weld. I can try to get a pic soon
