Ok, lots of cooling line threads I have seen but none really help me with my setup.
I know it says I am on post 1.. I lost my old account, I've been here since '03 and have been away for a year and forgot my account info...
So anyways.. I've got a 94WB1 with a 760 from a 97 WB2 in it. I've got a pro-tec b2 pipe and a raider waterbox.
I have two pump taps (2 feed lines) and 2 pissers.
My Pro-Tec pipe has 4 nozzles on it. My head has two.
I have my flush line hooked up to the only nozzle on the pipe that doesn't have a copper fitting. This is just the welded nub that sticks off on the curve that wraps up after the manifold.
Any good suggestions on hosing this baby up right?
I have tried two different ways so far but I'm getting some hot ass water out of the pissers.. and it's only a little bit of flow.
Nothing is blocked up.
The three copper nozzles on the pipe are in the following locations:
1. bottom pipe at the area where pipe meets exhaust hose.
2. on the manifold.
3. on the top pipe side where the top and lower pipe are gasketed together.
My latest attempt was like this:
Inlet->Head
Inlet->Manifold
Flush kit -> non copper bung on pipe
Head->Lower pipe nozzle next to exhaust hose
Mid section of pipe-> pisser
This gave me a tiny bit of water out the back, a hot pipe, and really hot water. I don't want the pipe running that hot. It's obviously hooked up wrong.
Somebody hook me up with the black magic :bananajump:
