Frank is a seriously nice guy to deal with, he sold me a couple hours of his time to wrench on my Jet. Through his meticulous process of troubleshooting, we were to replace and recycle a backup MSD brain (labelled as bad), in 2 hours. Saved me $1500, (my only option was to go w/a new dual channel) or locating another 4272 brain, not.
