Those attachments didnt work for me. What sponsons are you using? If you can get sponsons on that hull and they follow the contour of the side of the hull then you should be fine for the most part... I was worried that you cut into the natural lines of the hull that the sponsons follow and thats why I figured your carving would suffer. Like I said I was just kinda thinking out loud about the flotation of the hull with how much you tapered the nose angle but chopping the back should compensate for this somewhat as well. Either way its good to see you doing this build even if its a flop... you can always modify from there to improve what you dont like. Its a free hull for you and its only fiberglass...
