Blaster racing video`s

You are going to have a hard time getting a fast blaster to leave the line without porpoising without a trim system. Find someone with a raider being parted out and get the nozzle set up, then all you need is the cable from Pro tec and the lever and you are set.

Looks like I'll be doing that and also picking up a raider waterbox while I am at it.

How necessary and advantageous is it to run the raider box? If it really helps please refer to this thread and offer some explanation on how to install one. I actually see this question a lot and people ask me and I always refer them to Lee. Maybe if we start a thread detailing how to do so and the benefits of each it might save some time explaining it.

Lee was a freggin bad arse this weekend! He made the HX's look like turds.... His boat was amazing out of the hole

Dude... did you not see Richard hunt him down and pass him?!?!
you know, that POS looking junkyard special with duct tape number "1X"
Every single HX with the exception of Rich's was a 720 based engine...
Dans was a 754, Brians was a Rossier 720 based engine, and Bobs was a stock bore 720 with a FP on it.
Lee has an 800, he should blow everyone out of the water, he has 45 more cc's than and power valves, not to mention everything else.
Not takin anything from Lee this weekend at all, but Rich did catch and pass him after recovering from crap starts.... on a back up ski.
If the primary hadnt broke... it would've been bad

800 Mod Blasters still Rule. Give Lee some time on that Boat and nobody will pass him.

Thanks guy`s some good info, Defo need another rideplate as it hops all over the place and then hooks up, Problem is by this time your at the next bouy and need to slow it down.

I`m going to try the trim... Sponsons? anybody tried them with good results.

I found sponsons made a great difference in helping to not slide out in the the corners on the Blaster. PITA to install.
