Blowsion bb850 sleeve questions

Hi all

I'm looking at the bb850 set blowsion sell and have a few questions. They say they come prepared ported etc. And that you fit them to 62t/760 blaster barrels but as we know these cylinders are ported higher on the exhaust side and don't give as much bottom end hit as say the 61x. So by fitting for these sleeves do they lower the head height of the exhaust ports similar to those on the 61x? I am going to build a motor and I don't want to purchase these if they will be of no use. Thanks guys and gals

These sleeves are not a re sleeve and go ride, you'll need...
Cylinder and cases (top case) bored to accept the bigger sleeve.
Cylinder port matched to the bigger exhaust and transfer/boost ports.
Modified CR500 pistons
(2) base gaskets and a cylinder spacer.
Cases ported to effectively get the performance and significant power gain out of the big bore.

Hey bud. i have cylinders, cases, i understand completely its not a plug and play type setup. I can get the cases machined easily enough at work. My question is why would i run a cylinder spacer on this setup? i thought the cylinder spacer was mainly used on stroker motors? thanks for the input.

The Blowsion 850 sleeve exhaust port height is lower than stock 760, it hangs down probably 2mm or so. Lots of porting and work to get it set up, but if you have the resources could potentially be a good setup.

There is very little info on these setups. I looked into building one and anyone that has built them doesn't seem to want to give up the specs. I as well had the ability to machine everything required and I found out Quebec jet crew had built a few but wouldn't give up the the exact specs to optimize port timing and what cylinder spacer and domes were required. When I emailed blowsion I got alot of one word replys and just gave up on the idea of it being a budget big bore.
