Blowsion service, at least in my experiences has always been awful. However, I ordered a set of tubbies Tuesday night and they shipped weds am. So theres that....

Email them. They'll respond relatively quick. They seem to never answer their phone... Kinda weird. They also have a habit of letting you order parts on the website and then notifying you later on (sometimes days later) that the part you ordered is not in stock. I have a love hate relationship with them because they're in my neck of the woods but man they could have WAY better customer service.

I am here, I answer the phone, emails, etc. Should be able to supply you with anything Blowsion has.

I will say this, not in their defense, but just so you know.... We have been crazy busy. I have done more business in the 2nd quarter this year than I have in years past for the WHOLE year. I am having troubles keeping items on the shelves, and lead times on incoming parts have been slow. I try very hard to communicate, but I will say I too have not been perfect. (Hard to make out going calls, when my phone rings constantly all day long.)

Trust me, it is a great thing to be so busy, but it is overwhelming, and difficult.

Feel free to reach out if there is anything I can do for you.

They're full staffed again, used to work there so I can still figure out what's going on if I need to. Basically everybody else can move product faster than them these days. AZFREERIDE got my order to me within days, so at this point I would try finding a more reliable/higher quality supplier for your parts.

The entire powersports Industry is wide open right now. From the onset of the covid and decreased production of parts, to the massive amount of people out of work, have ordered what stock was available with time to work on their stuff, anything powersports has just been hammered. Most places need a call center to handle the amount of calls coming in, so people are bound to get left out. Its happening in the largest and best staffed motorcycle and boat shops, so I can imagine how the small staff jet ski companies are feeling. It's a tough time for everyone, both good and bad toughness! I waited on hold for almost 20 minutes with the motorcycle shop yesterday to see if they had parts!

Tried to order parts 6th of july. Order went through. No parts. No nothing. Tried calling. No answer. Just wondering if I need to go elsewhere.
Stopped buying from them after Dealing with their horrible customer service. Good luck getting any info on your order, they’ll take your money and you won’t see your stuff forever. Oh and when you’ve finally had enough they’ll just tell you to shove it and cancel your order. Good luck, I’d cancel and buy from any of the reputable sellers here!
