Super Jet Blowsion front hand hold instructions??

A buddy of mine just gave me a an old blowsion front hand hold for my 1996+. I tried looking for the instructions on here and on blowsion but couldn't find them (maybe my searching skills suck). Anyone happen to have them? Otherwise, just going to "wing-it".

A thought...Foam inside the foothold...if it is a complete cavity. Glass in with epoxy, Not polyester resin. Using 1208 Biaxial. Turf. Maybe drive a few self tappign screws, or rivet up top along the seam/flat bonding line....thats about it.
