I feel like this is the peak, and I should stop now.I played around with the high and low speed screws on the dual 38's...but, that wasn't yielding any real results. I figured I would sort that out later, after breaking the motor in. My main concern was the realization quickly starting to sink in, that I had made a horrible mistake. A really expensive horrible mistake.
Finally!!!! Now we all know what happened... BK, can you lock this thread now?I just read the whole thread. I'm disappointed in no video.
The good news is that I've already heard the story (probably not full detail) at one of the races over the summer.
We were talking skis and I mentioned I had a f-14 sitting in storage that I wanted to restore. Steve said "I had one of those once. . . And I lit it on fire"
So naturally I said "tell me more"
Regardless I'll still fix up my turd of a f-14. It will fit right in with my wavejammer.
the good old days consisted of hunting and fishing, not jet ski junk. i'm glad i got a late start and missed most of the garbage years.

Damn...I really hate leaving all 5 of you guys, still following this debacle, hanging. But, I'm getting pulled in 13 directions at once right now, and I need to dig through a pile of old VHS tapes and then digitize it. Finding the missing Malaysia jet might be easier. So...look at it as a cliffhanger ending for season 1, of the Blunder Jet diaries. I'll pick up again after the water gets cold, in the fall.
Does anyone know who this chick is??
