boat hoist customization to jet ski house??

So I have had a boat hoist with a canopy sitting in the lake for a few years after we sold the boat and have been thinking about boarding it up so I can be able to lock it, keep my 4 skis and gear in...

I have tried to do some googling with no luck to see if someone has done something like this.. Thinking about a solid floor on the bottom with a door on the side and back to pull the skis out...

Wondering if anyone has tried to do something like this and if they could share some pictures...

Is the hoist still there and operational? If so you could build a false floor on the hoist, mount some bunks, build a floor around the lift and the just lower skis into water. When lift is up you would have a complete floor, could be a cool hangout spot.

Yeah fully operational its a nice hoist but it hasn't been used in 5 years. Just getting tired of lifting the skis up on the sea wall everyday ha.

Moto, Im out in Highland on White lake.. Always down for a weekend trip though. Where do you guys ride at?

lol i dont now that i consider that in mid michigan. i have a cottage off white lake r and milford road. always down to ride or help out with the conversion man.... would be a sweet chill spot.

For sure... Yeah I got a few tickets last year from the sheriffs.. They are a pain in the ass to work with.. I was letting my buddy ride my SN and she pulled up to the dock when he came in... First things she says was "What are you doing with your life"... for letting my 26 year old buddy ride without a boater safety she threatened to write me a misdemeanor saying my "CCW" would be revoked and all this bullpoop.. ended up writing me a failure to have an extinguisher. couldn't help but laugh on how stupid she made herself look.... Is duck lake not patrolled? because I would have no issue dropping in duck every weekend to avoid that bullpoop ha....

I only ride with my buddy who I live with and friends that will come out and use my square noses... Ill definitely hit you guys up when the weather breaks to go tear that water up!

ive never been bothered on duck or crescent. And where i ride in brighton they are so busy pulling over 14 year olds on couches they just wave to us and we have had one throw us a wake and chear us on (was pretty early on a sunday morning)... some people just have a stick up their ass. it sucks.

i ran around last year with a burnt orange bob and either a 750sx or my x2. sometimes the couch if friends were being lame. this year i will be out on a blue and black q8. usually pulled by a white cherokee or a white work van. if u see me stop and hollar.
