Yea we ordered surf hulls but we were never clear on the weight we wanted but were lookin for strength but were a bit surprised when we weighed them........ sorry to derail thread. We will be posting a thread about our bobs soon though.

the first thing to do is to get your midshaft pressed, and dont try to do it with a vice clamp, lol. Press it so there is 20mm sticking out of the assembly. Make sure you shim the pump and engine (very important). And i had to use the stock tank so i had to cut a chunk out of the battery box so now i can only connect one strap over the battery. I then just put the other strap on the battery box and one on where the gas tank strap goes with the gas tank strap. Also a dremmel and a cutting blade works good for small things.
