Super Jet bogging bad off idle/ getting on plane

95 sj with b-pipe its been getting steadily worse runs great once it clears up but every time I fall off I have to ride around on my knees blipping the throttle until it decides to clear up and run right. I just drained all the gas and filled with fresh to make sure there wasn't water in there that wasn't the prob I assume that carb cleaning /or rebuild must be in order? any words of wisdom?

What is the compression in each hole. If it has been getting steadily worse I would think rings as my first check.

I have the same issue on a 2000 I just picked up from a buddy that neglected it for 10 months (in the water, ice froze, water up to the cylinder head) once I got the water out, dumped oil in the cylinders, new plugs it fires right up but I'm also assuming a carb tear down. Mine is normally off a cold start or if it has sat for an hour.

well the compression read 125 in each hole on my harbor freight gauge which worried me at first but then I checked it on the other 701 61x that I have and it read the same so I assume they are just fine and my cheap gauge reads low.i replaced the fuel lines and turned the idle up half a turn and took it back out today nothing changed seems to run good forever if its kept upright and in the powerband but when I let off the throttle for a few seconds it boggs bad.almost forgot to mention I think the pipe is too hot I popped the hood when I got back to shore and touched the pipe it didn't burn me but I def could not leave my hand on it

did some carb cleaning and took it on the water again still nothing changed but I did notice that when I fall if I turn the ski on its left side in the water so the exhaust is out of the water and the pump isn't hooking up and give it a couple revs then when I go to take off it doesn't really bog?????

Sounds rich in the low speed screw. Turn it in 1/4 turn and see if it makes it any better or worse. Your spring might be getting weak too and your pop off might be slowly declining letting it pour fuel in. Both are easy to check.
