Super Jet Bogging down, throttle up and get nothing. HELP

Hey guys i need your help/suggestions. I have a 1991 superjet SN. This past winter I rebuilt the engine, new gaskets, new starter, new bendix, new coil, rebuilt carb. Im having some issues now. I can start it out of water and it seems to throttle up just fine, then when i put it under load i dont get anything but a bogging issue. Im tempted to pull the exhaust off and check the reeds and see how those are doing. The carb has been rebuilt and reset to factory specifications so im pretty sure (hoping) thats not the problem. Gas doesnt seem to be an issue. lines are in good shape and its pumping through properly from what i can tell. Any ideas or suggestions on what else it could be. help i wanna ride this summer sometime.

im having the same issue on my 718...thinking it could be tank pressure, fuel filter isn't allowing enough fuel through and starving the motor, or that the carbs need to be rebuilt....try checking any of these yet?

Could be leaky needle and seat flooding badly? What are your carb settings? Maybe you're losing spark under load due to a weak stator coil, have you checked stator output voltage?
