Bone stock 2015, shuts off while riding

Well I bought this ski new in 2016, this is my third season on it. I kept it stock to be super reliable. This past week it would shut down while riding, just off and die. Pull the choke and it'd start, run a bit then shut off. Good looking plugs, getting fuel, compression is 150/150.
Today I installed primers (since the carbs were off), ran a single pickup off the reserve with a visu-filter (like I do on my freestyle skis) and checked the internal carb filters for clogs. Hoping it runs, but was wondering if y'all have any idea why it's shut off. Wondering if the CDI or coil is taking a shyt?

when does it FIRST shut off for the day? 2 min into riding? 15 min? an hour?
and how long does it take to start back up?
and, does it shut off only after about half throttle or more?

Well I took it out with my re-routed fuel lines (reserve pickup to fuel filter to carb in, then return line to the old ON pick up with primer fitting on the return line.) Ran ok about half an hour, then pretty much felt flat, lacking power. I think it's just time for a rebuild.

If compression is 150/150 and it is a 2015 I doubt it is needing a rebuilds. I would get some help troubleshooting unless you mean a carb rebuild maybe that is bad but motor should be fine.

Ya carb rebuild, but the way I am, carb rebuild means carb rebuild, head, MSD, pipe, flywheel, coil lol, might as well

I had something similar happen to me on my 2011. I would give it 3/4 to full throttle for 5-20 seconds, and then after dropping back to idle, it would die out. Cleaned out the water separator, changed the fuel filter, checked the carb filter screens, and what finally did it for me was to drill out my hi and low speed plugs covering the screws and found my high speed screws were turned almost all the way in. I adjusted them to 1-1/8 and 1-1/2 out front/mag, low 7/8 turns out and the need to feather the throttle to keep it from dying went away and it runs perfectly now.
