Bored 650 can I use a 701 head gasket?

I have a 6m6 bored and running .5mm over 701 pistons. Been having water getting into motor after shut off. Hard to start back up. Have not done a leak down test yet bit can I run a 701 head gasket to seal the larger bore. I have what seems to be a blown head gasket (second one). I was also thinking about running the thin copper gasket instead of the OEM. If so do I get one for the 61x or 62t.

I believe you definetly should run a 701 61x head gasket.

If your bore is at 81mm then you are fine with a 61x head gasket. Sounds like you have a sleeve issue (dropped) or a cracked sleeve if water is getting in. Or a warped head.
