I'm a Yamaha dealer in Pa. This whole thing sounds like a dealer who doesn't care about his customers and/or a tech that has no watercraft experience, it sounds like this ski is still not right, I would take it to another dealer, if they are good they should be able to get to the bottom of this. I've never known Yamaha to let anyone hanging with a new machine that had problems that were not owner induced. If you were closer I would be glad to take care of this for you.
