zeons hull has the brawler holds and you can see the pods

Kind of like a straight almost strap like kick in.
You can pad those up like absolutely crazy and they'll be so comfy probably.

Any pod could be. Just gotta drill the mounting holes.

Yeah or for some maybe you'd have to add a flange or adapter so you can drill holes if there's not any thing there to drill. Lots of options, which is cool.

got some motivation today and got some progress on the build
got the pump/mid shaft and intake grate on


pump went in with out a hitch... as soon as i remembered to take out the pins in wear ring section that hold it in place on a stock hull :S

Also this was a beta hull so pump bolts were a bit differently not stock size but fortunately the stock SJ ride plate bolts worked so i didn't come to a stand still.

other than that just took 1 mm shims on each side on the reduction nozzle to get the shaft to center
actually same as my 2001 SJ was.

installed the ATP adjustable grate haven't used one yet hoping it helps with the hook up on the Solas mag



mid shaft went on no issue/no shims . took set pins out backside ahead of time on this one.



some of the beta hulls had the full length ride plate this one did not. just marking out the ride plate to cut it to my liking.

Received the brawler footholds the other day and started rough fitting them in.
Had a little tweaking hear and there, but over all really happy with the way they will fit.
Next weekend I will be glassing them in.



The rage guys sent me some pics of the carbon hood that i am getting made,looks flawless!!!
It's getting sent to Zeons automotive before getting shipped to Canada to make it a full visual hood!!

Looking awesome Dave, I've got my front foothold glassed in, BOB adjustable holds done, the kids got hockey then pulling the motor when I get back.

painted the inside of the hull to suit and got the pole installed




had a buddy over for some motivation and we got the holds in. took some time to match the rails lots of cutting and foamed them in and then ground down rails to get a clean line. still need to sand some more and then glass over the threads/cavosol and foam

Pretty much two but non full pieces in choice spots under full top layer
