Freestyle Broke flywheel key

What too doo have half a flywheel key in the crank ???

That was plan A was hoping some one hade a better idear.

What causes them to break? hot/cold?

Probably not having the flywheel bolt tight enough (or the surface of the crank snout or ID of the flywheel is imperfect), the taper is what holds the flywheel in place, the keyway is just for alignment.

Flywheel bolt was crooked.

tap one end of the keyway with a small punch. its rounded on the bottom and will just roll out

Got it out too someone who ends up in the same situation i tappede 60 times on it nothing the first 50 soo take your time.
