Broken b-pipe adjusters - can anyone drill 'em for me?

I broke 'em. Everyone one for them broke off flush with the head pipe. I bought it off Ebay over the winter, no idea what the positions are.

I seriously suck at drilling them out and know I will just make it worse. Is there anyone on here that would be willing to fix it for me. I'll pay you. Please let me know where to send it and how much $$ to send with it.

Thanks,

Aaron

It can be done on a drill press if you take some time to line up the X Y axis and drill it straight and not too deep. The only problem is the middle screw, it is a beotch to get it jigged up to get a run at it on a drill press. I just blocked off the middle screw by pulling some epoxy into the hole by applying a slight vacuum to the chamber.

I may be off, but was told that FPP will replace the whole headpipe for you. A buddy told me they they his replaced because of this. I have no idea if it's for real or not, but worth a phone call. Worse case, Paul Lehr just did one for me that a machinist messed up.

yeah i mine are stripped and i have no clue what position they are in, i have no problem drilling, but i dont know where to get new screws, factory pipe sucks that way, they told me i was out of luck and wouldnt do JACK

You have to service those screws about once a year in fresh water, more often in salt. I simply remove the headpipe and remove the screws, clean the threads, and reinstall with PST on the threads. The stainless on aluminum will cause galvanic corrosion, if you just let em sit they will lock up. I replaced mine with the Parr Daddy oversize units and they work great. Check em out here. http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/4210&highlight=pdiddy
