Broken flywheel replaced , ski still 100% dead.. !

Dudes , flywheel replaced with working oem item , & new battery fitted , ski 100% dead. When flywheel pops , what does it normally take out with it.. ? Thanks...

What happened that you had to replace your flywheel? I would assume your stator is damaged with the info you’ve given.

Not to scare you but I had a flywheel break and I ended up replacing the cdi and coil and it ran fine after that. Got lucky on the stagor, no damage. But that's gonna be the first thing directly in the way.

Usually takes out the stator with it.

do you have a repair manual? I would start by testing that you are seeing the proper resistance from the stator coils.

No , engine 100% dead... but both bilge pumps are working fine though ... !

This happened to me. It’s possible your fuse went out.

since all the components in the box are grounded thru the black ground wire coming from the stator, if that wire is broken, it wont do anything. just run a jumper ground wire from where the box mounts ,to the motor and see if it works then.

Did you fix your ski? I lost all spark on my ski. Still haven't got it back after replacing the flywheel and all electronics. Wondering what you found wrong with yours

Dude , my flywheel took out the stator with it , its located in behind the flywheel....

check the pickup, if it got bent back out of spec u will get zero spark.

Why wouldn’t you have tested that as the very first thing? I mean you have all these electronics an inch away from a grenade that went off.
