Broken pole advice

Hey guys I broke my pole for the first time on my 97 superjet today. And I was wondering what I could do about it. I'm only 17 and don't have that much money. The fiberglass is fine it's just the cast aluminum lower piece the pole rivots onto that is broken in half. Does anyone make that lower piece?

Cold fusion makes a billet lower.. It would be less costly to purchase a used stock pole though.

Have it welded. Then JB weld the pole back into the bracket and new rivets.

If you have some time you can wrap the broken bracket in fiberglass.

Mine did the same, and I've been looking for a lower part for months now...
Cf lower is like $300!!! F that.

welded the bottom aluminum back together and cut 1.5" off the pole, epoxied the pole to the mount then riveted an aluminum band around it. I'll let you know of it works

That fix will be good for a long time. Unless you are really thrashing on the ski.
