No way I am dishin the skilz BOB, just curious on the weight thing. I dont have the skilz to brake the Wammer bracket so weight is still an issue w/ me LOL. Awesome design bro.

Wether its Power to weight, or I have bigger balls I will let you decide.

Well, You have also suggested it's either power:weight OR the size of your manhood. Since you have laid claim to a power to weight ratio being highly beneficial, I'm going to venture to guess that it's your power:weight ratio, which would conclude that you don't have bigger balls, to which i would gather, your tiny manhood is what gives you such a high ratio compared to the rest of us.

:laugh2:

:wavey:

I wanna see the finished pole too. =)

no for me the best part is making a stronger pole without it costing upwards of 600 bucks! We supposedly have a pipe bender around here somewhere- just can't find it. might have to go to the muffler shop with some beer:icon16:

looks solid- I like it. I really like how cheap it is. how much time total to fab it all up when its done, you think?

I want to see a picture of that pole after it is finished. WOW that sounds gay... (just got done watching Chuck and Larry..LOL)

Are you going to sell them? Just asking I haven't broken a pole since I switched to an aluminum pole.

Well, we rapped it up about 1:00am this morning, all thats left now is some minor touch up with some filler and paint. Total weigh in 14lbs, pole/bracket/chin pad. Total stock 10lbs, pole/bracket/chin pad. I guess we can live with four extra pounds hell, Yamahammer could skip Pizza Hut just one night a week and save that. Anyway, we ended up with about 12hrs in the whole build and kept the parts under $150 :arms:

We tapped all the holes into the 1/2 inch aluminum for a clean look and kept the chin pad small and compact for more of a slammer look. The steering cable mounts inside one of the 2 inch pipes (that was fun) and the whole thing comes on and off very easily. All in all we are very satisfied with how it came out, shouldn't have to ever replace this pole, maybe the hull, but not the pole.

Awsome job... looks killer! The weight sounds comparable to a X-metal pole+ bracket.... that thing looks freggin unbreakable!

I would Pay $500 for that pole no question!

So do you want to make anymore? lol

Were going to give this one a test, see how it holds up. Then I'll have to sit down and put a pencil to it and see what kind of pricing would be fair to both parties. Thanks for all the props :01:
