Anybody used them before? They're down in Florida, I'm in Ga. Not too far, but there's a local Powdercoating business that's about 20" from my house and cheaper. Anyone know about Bullseye's work?

I let them powder coated my RRP ends in custom red color to match the color scheme on my 2011 SXR. High quality material.

You have a local business much closer that provides the same service cheaper?

Why are you on here asking questions?

The thing to know about powder coating is that power goes bad. So the shops that do more value normally have fresh powder and as long as they do good prep they will be doing a good job. Its very easy to find a bad powder coating shop. We drive 45min to get to our guys and we drive by maybe 10 other coating shops on the way.

Matt, refer one post up.

I'm asking around here to find the scoop on the local joint but I've heard of bullseye before and never sent their work. Not sure if their work is that much better to warrant the extra dinero.

Yup in the rare occasion when I spec out powder coating for industrial applications, I'm very careful about which shops get it because quality control is so critical.

That said I freaking hate powder coating because when it starts going bad and starts to peel you get corrosion under the coating which can be much worse than no coatings at all.

I've heard same thing about powdercoats. The guys that install it swear its 10x more durable than paint. Ceramic coating is another option as well. Anyone have the low-down on this finish too?

Powder coating is all about prep and pretreatment! We only stock a few colors but there is always a lot on hand from other custom projects. Ceramic is a very good thermal coating but nowhere near durable as powder. If you all have any questions you can always email us at bullseyebroward@hotmail.com

Thanks for the shout out Texan33!
