Burn-ind. Nitro life jacket issue

Just figured I would let others know, that the Burn-ind. Nirto life jackets don't have USCG approval number on the jacket it self even though they are suppose to be USCG approved.

"All BURN-Industries Nitro vests are USCG approved"

I got a ticket for riding a pwc with a competition life jacket :-( .
I love the jacket, just stinks they aren't really USCG approved.

Jesus you get pulled for a life jacket by the water police for that? We don't get any checks like that over here.

It is a law in Oklahoma and Texas. I just never looked at the jacket myself, just took someones word for it, my fault.

Loose laws here in terms of water safety unfortunately. Makes sense to keep all the idiots in check i suppose.
