Well it recommends 10 drops per oz at 75 degrees so i dropped it down to 7 or 8 drops to allow a little more work time. I would assume such a minute adjustment wouldn't make to big of a difference but Im a total newb with fiberglass/resin work

Don't adjust the hardener amount due to temp. with epoxy resin. You're making the situation worse. Use the correct hardener for your temperature. Epoxy suppliers offer fast, medium, slow, and tropical hardeners.

Yes its west systems epoxy. On the container it said 10 drops per oz at 75 degrees so i reduced it to 8 and haven't had any problems with it curing so far.

Well by all means, carry on. Who are we to lead you in the right direction. BTW how much does a drop weight??
