Ths is why i'm not leaving anything to chance. I will meet him face to face at surf slam and he can hand me my razor hood kit and then I will hand him the cash.....
I know he has a bad rep as far as parts go, but me and several of my friends have ordered hood kits from him and recieved them. This was around 3 weeks ago, and the other a few months back. I know it doesn't help the situation you have but we have been happy with his service thus far, even though there are plenty of others who are not.

I think Eric has been more then patient with jeff and would just like the hood now. I mean its been almost two years from the time of the raffle, and still no item...... All that is doing is making your business look bad, why would you want that? I would like to order stuff from WDK, but why would i with a reputation like this! I hope Jeff steps in soon and resolves this problem that shouldnt of occured!

Man, I remember when you won that 2 years ago. It seems so long ago. Its a shame to see a guy who does good work show such horrible customer service. I think E Rok deserves more then just the hood/nose at this point for all this time wasted waiting for the damn thing. Especially a giveaway at a raffle at our freerides..
