Super Jet Can I run Wave Raider 701 carbs on a superjet 62T with B pipe

I just put my motor together and was looking at Factory Pipes web site. It says main jet for Raider is 167 and to run everything stock. For a Super Jet it say to change from 130 to 135 main jet. I'm wondering if I can run the stock jetting that are on the Wave Raider carbs on the SJ. The Raider runs the same Factory chamber as the Blaster so the chamber is different between the SJ and the Raider. I took the ski today and it was not running good in the water. hesitation and then it would take off then hesitate again. Took the carbs apart and they were dirty. So i dont know if it ran bad because of jetting or dirt any thoughts?

The cylinder is 61x it's not from the raider. From what I've read I need to jet the carbs for SJ. The carbs were jetted for the raider which has different exhaust ports so the jetting is different. So I'm going to get a 135 main jet and use stock setting for the rest of the carbs as factory suggests for their B Pipe.
