Can you identify this SJ part?

I was cleaning out the extra parts I have and ran across this. I have no idea what it is or where I got it. It's fiberglass and not homemade looking at all. The paint also looks very factory and matches our 08 SJ nose piece paint perfectly.

That isn't a factory part that came on a superjet.

I know it's not a Yamaha factory part, I just can't figure out what it is. Because of the color I think it's for a SJ and I assume made by some aftermarket company.

this piece is not oem, it seems to be a piece to increase the air inside the hull it must be adapted in the hood, which seems to me.
