FX-1 Can you shorten an AC pole?

it was a -2 pole, i went 3 inches shorter. so -5 total.


nah no grinding. i don't feel like messing with it. the pole has cracks all over the place at the top and is pretty abused. im probably going to be in the market for a new pole sooner than later.

just going to turf over it and it won't be as ugly.

if you grind the welds down you lose all its strength. i cant see that pole with the welds all gound flat not snap in half.the ac pole is such a piece of crap in the 1st place.they crack when you dont cut them up lol.

im very happy with it how it is.... i don't think it's possible for me to kill it the way it is right now.
it's not a fashion show out there, although some people may think so. it's not like we are running around chasing 1 ft boat wakes here. i need it to function in big surf.




so what a little turf to cover up a booger...... id rather it be strong.

not my garage... ive tried to clean the mess i get yelled at for throwing sh i t out. i try and sneak a few things into the garbage pail every time i straighten up my little corner unfortunately my father is a hoarder.

only another year or two and i will hopefully have a place of my own. then the garage will be clean.

I don't think I have ever heard of one breaking in their entire history......I know I have never seen one break.

i cracked mine all over the place and broke the steering cable holder spot clean out of the pole. That ruined a few ride days for me. i don't think those poles like 3/4 landings or upside down rolls.

worst of all is the ski being upside down while sunk and bashing into the sand with a blowsion spring holding the pole straight up.

ive got a good helmet cam vid i need to post soon. ive been waiting for winter months to post it up so it keeps me busy.
