I had been a member on the other site for at least a year or two already but was doing research for refoaming and doing a bunch of repairs to my busted up SN when I discovered the X.

Here's a trip, go back and find your first 10 casual posts or better yet, your first "help" thread. That should be worth some laughs. We were all newbs at some point, lol.

I remember you hitting me up about Prop pitches since we both had about the same size motor!

So take me back to 2006. How did you hear about the forum? Were you at the freeride? I can't believe you just happened to stumble over this forum so early.

I wasn't at the freeride...i had been active on pwctoday for a few years and happen to stumble upon it being mentioned there...checked it out and never looked back!

My join date is Jan 23 2006

I was the 15th member to join over at pwctoday in 2001 along with many others who thought it was the next best thing to sliced bread, because before that there was the usenet rec.sport.jetski newsgroup that a ton of people posted at since around 1995-1996.
Rec.sport.jetski news group was not very exciting to look at, and not very interactive but you could exchange information..haha If you wanted to post a picture you had to do it at another usenet news group called alt.binaries.pictures.jetski

Then along came X-h2o in 2006, it was a easy switch for me!

Just dug back through my history. My first posts were typical "Best Intake/Rideplate" crap, but I waited 9 months after joining to post lol.

who was 1st member? sorry if i missed it somewhere above

superjett?

I started the concept , but Darin is the tech / IT guru who made, and still does make it all happen.
Darin is the official first member! I asked Harrison to become the 3rd partner literally moments before the announcement at the ride. Too bad Darin had to miss being present for the announcement . But, if it wasn't for his hard work and dedication to making the site a reality, all those peeps wouldn't have been able to use the Makai hotel PC to sign up that evening.

I just returned from Daytona 2016, speaking for all three of us, very proud to be a part of the evolution of the sport. It sure has come a Long way in the past 10 years!!
