Custom/Hybrid Cannot get sand out of pfp after sandblasting and Powdercoat?

So guys my question is if I don't completely get every little bit of sand out of the water jackets for my power factor pipe will it hurt anything? My Powdercoat guy left some sand in the water jackets :( he also left sand in my waterbox will this hurt anything?

It will flush out.

You'd be surprised how much sand your probably pushing through your cooling lines as is, especially if you ride surf.

Simple way to remove it:

Attach garden hose to one outlet (manifold end)
Turn hose in full
Shake pipe around vigorously whilst running hose
Sand will leave via the two outlets carried by the water..

Next time gaffer tape up your water inlets before blasting!

Honestly, don't stress it or spend any amount of time worrying about it or trying to flush it. By "flushing" it off engine/ski its doing exactly the same thing as if it were on the ski.

Get the ski built, put together and ride!!! Your new ski looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!
