Super Jet Cant get Sj prop off

Recently just got a 9/15 hooker prop to put in my superjet and I got the pump all disassembled and I cannot for some reson get the old prop off..... the prop that's on there is a skat track prop, forget what pitch but I have clamped the spline tool on the shaft in a vice and with the prop nut in the impeller I have been tourqing that nut so hard that I managed to break the box end of a wrench, I was able to get the prop to unscrew a little but now it just wont move anymore (and yes I'm rotating it clockwose) any help would be greatly appreciated I'm trying to get back on the water as soon as possible

A torch and a better quality wrench. I prefer snap-on or William's.
They probably used loctite or nothing and it may be seized on. I use anti-seize or marine grease, I think torque spec is 30ft lbs, so not all that tight.

Go to home depot and buy a long metal pipe (I use a 6 foot long one)

With the driveshaft in your vice, slide the pipe onto your wrench and crank it. It should come right off

I'm completely lost, I got a wrench on the impeller nut and have a 3 for pipe on the end of my wrench and I'm am literally putting my whole body weight and lifting myself up and still cant even move the impeller

Well finally got it off, determined that the threads were stripped, anyone know if I could send this into impros to get it re threaded so I could sell it? It's a skat 14/18

Determined not to buy a new drive shaft I have filed down the bad threads, only 5 or so of them were bad and then tapered the last thread so the new prop can start easy and wont get gummed up

Deffinetly coating that thing in antisieze. And it was only around 5 threads that I lost so I'm confident it'll hold, just for reference how much would a shaft cost from you?
