Carb help

I have a 98 Superjet with the following mods.
JPC ported 701 with moly coated pistons
ADA head (175psi)
Blackjack 44's with Prok air filters
MSD enhancer
dual cooling
Factory b pipe with Wammer mod!
13/18 Skat swirl
Jet Dynamics 80mm pump nozzle bored to 81mm by Jerry at JPC!
Jet Dynamics short plate
Jet Dynamics intake grate
Sato steering nozzle
TBM pump cone
Wamiltons steering plate
Blowsion 0 degree bars
V force reeds
Pro Tec intake manifold
The problem I am having is when I was running in the water today on the trailer to see how the carbs were working I cannot seem to get it to run right. I have a set of 44mm blackjacks.
130 pilot
110 main
2.3 needle & seat not sure which spring (black) I think it is 3/4 turn out on top and 1 3/4 on the bottom. It seems like whatever direction I go it is either too lean or too rich. Once it cleans itself out it revs great. Art is the man at Jetworks but he has not called me back yet. Just wondered if any of you carbs guys could help?
Thanks

I think Michael needs to use his elite composition skills to put together a carb tuning guide for the tech section...

I got a hold of Art at Jetworks. He set me straight. He really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him. Thanks
