carb question - mukini

I got duel 46mm mukini carbs. Vforce 3 reeds. Carbs have just been rebuilt including new needle/seats. motor dasa 950 just been rebuilt. Reeds are not new but where cleaned and checked for gaps before putting back in.

One of the carbs when idling on the trailer is spitting a bit of fuel back up the throut towards where the flame arrester would go but i have them off for observation. the butterflys are mostly closed just on the idle screw. I cant see if the fuel bouncing off the butterfly or being sucked out of motor or main jet.

Anyone got an idea ?

If its dribbling then you may have a bad anti-syphon valve - its the little plastic 'flap' on the JET side of the carb underneath the 'moon' shaped piece attacked by one Phillips screw.

Also pop off may be different between the two carbs so check that as well.
