Hi I really need som help before I tear my hair off. Can't make the ski run right..

Specs:
61x/61x lightly ported for freestyle
Riva red pipe
Ada head with 35cc domes
Riva waterbox
62t Cdi
46 mm Mikuni Sbn

Can't seem to find any good settings for the 46..
So far I've tried:
140 Main
120 P
2.5 n/s
80g spring

145 M
120 P
2.3 n/s
95g

150 m
120 p
Needle : 2.5
Spring : 80gr

Runs like poop with no snap or bottom end, could it be too rich(??)
Where should I start? Please help!

Im in the same spot pretty much. Pretty much maxed out 61x set up. Ported b pipe mag pump all the bells and whistles. Its a little weak off the bottom and just goes ape poop in the mid range. From meh to holy crap as soon as it hits the mid

looks like most people are giving it more fuel than you are. I had a buddy set up a 46mm for me on my wifes 61x. I think it has bigger jets than what you are using.

What is the Cranking Compression on each Cylinder?

Just because the 35 cc Domes are rated at 185 psi doesn't mean that's the Actual Compression. That rating is for a Stock Exhaust Port Height.

The Exhaust Port may have been raised too much causing a drop in Compression and Low End Performance. However, once the RPMs increase, then the Dynamic Compression goes up, yielding increased Horsepower and Performance.

The normal fix for High Exhaust Ports/Low Compression is:
1) Smaller Domes
2) More Ignition Timing Advance
3) Smaller/Shorter (Leading Edge) Impeller
4) Lightweight Flywheel
He just needs a carb with a bigger number next to its name, Everyone knows that is the be all end all of jetskis!

Thx, with my cheap compression tool it say just north of 130Psi..

had same issue with my FX1 61x/61x , protec head *175psi* bpipe limited , with intake from wet jet kraze with reed stuffer *had carbon tech reed* and 46 carb that coming out from wetjet kraze !

Mikuni 46 Sbn

1.5 n/s pop off around 52/53 psi
Main: 145
Pilot: 112.5
Oem F/A

hard to start like he running on choke (need to put trottle that he start )
Run RIch on bottom but have punch when i WOT without problem

tried many attemp with low and high screws , low was tuning 3/4 out and High around 1-3/4
