If using no cor material, 120oz should do the trick. Trays take a massive beating on big flips.

I've fixed a few top brand carbon hulls with 60-80 tray bottoms and they failed, ie foot threw tray or split in 2.

I always used aluzine to clear the carbon. Had an external nose piece and it held up for years

How many layers of 120oz carbon a10”x20” square out of my carbon revolver trey in the center between footholds?

120oz or more should work imo

for protos....Glass is friendlier (machining wise) and cheaper
