Your project is looking good.
The extreme adjusters are definatly worth checking out, I am very happy with mine.

What is the deal with epoxy on the intake manifold? I tried researching it but couldn't find anything

Thanks man, trying to be as ready as possible for when my hull arrives.

I didn't inquire about the epoxy, and what the goal of doing it is, but Holeshot recommended it. I sent my intake and exhaust manifolds to him for porting, and he said he was going to epoxy it for me. However, my intake was epoxied already, but when I powder coated it, it came off. I redid it, and came out well.

Not a build update, but picked up this beauty this weekend. 2006 Honda Aquatrax F-12x Turbo and two place trailer (along with Seadoo which I am getting rid of and putting the RIP in its place). Going to take her to the lake this weekend for a water test, but she is pretty clean. I have never been much of a sitdown guy, but with my daughter I wanted something I could take her out on, pull tubes, etc. It had to be fun though and I've always wondered about these turbo'd Hondas, so here we go. Trailer is really nice as well, lots of room for storage and such.

Rebuilt the Jet's side of the Carbs this weekend, and added a set of new 1.5 Needle & Seat to each. Tested popoff and both are at 30psi, so perfect.

I am having a little trouble with the fuel pump side and the little check valve rubber plugs, anyone have some tips or a good youtube video for getting those in they could share?

Mikuni makes a tool for them, but there is definitely a Youtube video that I have seen that shows a trick for removing/installing them using fishing line.

This is the dental floss method. I tried it and it worked but it was a pain in the ass. I bought the mikuni tool and it's so freeken easy. I tried those ball pointed Allen wrenches but they went right through it. The mikuni tool works so perfect...

The floss method works great but the key is you need to hold the side of the plug across from your knot down first and then pull the knot side through. It's hard to explain. I will post a picture. Otherwise the floss will rip

Mikuni tool came in (very easy with the tool) and rebuild on carbs is complete. Popoff is 31psi on both, and they seem ready to rock. Check out the @OCD Solutions jets box and @JetManiac stainless Allen head hardware. Lol

@holeshot HPE 819cc motor is basically ready for install now. Just a couple things to button up after mocking in the RIP.

AND....received some pics of my Full Carbon RIP this week. Looks great, and really like the turf combo I picked. Should ship out this week. @Waterdawg Kustomz

I've thrown around a few ideas with him, but going with something a bit different. We are still discussing. Lol
Haha I know what it's like man. I got new graphics for my hood this season but am having him remake my old ones just incase I wanna go back to them. Gotta love being able to change things up though. He's got some sweet designs!
